Support Agreement

As a customer of Logmaster, you sign a support agreement for the visitor system. Support without an agreement costs 1350 SEK/hour. If you are an existing customer without an agreement, please contact us at office@logmaster.se or call 08-764 69 00.

When our support department needs to assist you remotely, we use TeamViewer Quick Support. Click on the icon below and select “run”. Please provide the nine-digit ID and password to our support technician.

Support agreement grants you access to:
  • Priority support.
  • Updates and upgrades.*
  • Free support via phone and email between 09:00-16:00.
  • Remote assistance (incurs hourly rate for tasks such as reinstallation).
  • On-site support billed hourly.
You can contact us regarding:
  • Technical support.
  • Operational inquiries and training.
  • Hardware-related issues regarding label printers and barcode scanners.
  • Reinstallation.

* For free upgrades to apply, the support agreement must have been active for at least 12 months.
